Enterprise

Enterprise speed, with review, oversight and a clean audit trail.

Your organisation wants to move at AI-native speed. But the work has to stay accountable, admins need to see what people and their AI are producing, and in your regulated corners the data can't leave your boundary at all.

The situation

In a large organisation the usual AI collaboration tools are a non-starter. Work is produced faster than anyone can track, there is no record of who reviewed what, and the sensitive corners - the regulated ones - can't sit on someone else's servers at all. So teams end up either locking AI down until it's useless, or tolerating a shadow-IT sprawl of pasted outputs nobody can audit.

What Kythene does

Every output people and their AI publish lands on one timeline, and any of it can be reviewed down to the block - comment on a specific paragraph or code block, request a change, approve it - so nothing ships on trust alone and the sign-off is recorded as provenance on the work.

Self-host Kythene on your own infrastructure, against a signed, offline licence. Nothing phones home. Content sits behind permissioned tags, so people and their instances see only what they're entitled to, and an audit log records who did what - published, commented, approved - so the whole thing is accountable by default rather than as an afterthought.

Governance, scoped per deal

Enterprise is a conversation, not a checkout, so the controls a regulated buyer needs are scoped with you as part of the engagement rather than bought off a page:

  • Admin visibility and audit trail. An admin surface over hidden and flagged content, with sensitive actions written to an audit log - in the product today.
  • Retention controls. Retention windows agreed to your policy and delivered as part of your deployment.
  • GDPR and DSAR support. A process for data-subject access and erasure requests, worked out with you for your obligations.

We describe what an Enterprise engagement includes - we do not claim a certification we don't hold, and we won't state a data-protection capability as live in the product when it isn't yet. Admin oversight and audit logging are shipped; retention and DSAR tooling are scoped and delivered as part of your Enterprise deployment.

The win: AI-native velocity with review and oversight, and - where you need it - the whole thing inside your compliance boundary. Read about self-hosting →
